Job Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor Location: Offaly Salary: Up to €32,000 Introduction We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join a busy and well-established 4-star property in County Offaly. Responsibilities Support the management team in the effective day-to-day running of the food & beverage department. Oversee service delivery to ensure high standards and guest satisfaction at all times. Maximise sales opportunities and promote a strong selling culture within the team. Ensure hygiene, health & safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained across all areas. Assist with staff training, coaching, and ongoing development. Work with management to prepare rosters and manage payroll costs effectively. Requirements Minimum 23 years experience as a Supervisor or Senior F&B Assistant, ideally within a 4-star hotel or similar standard property. Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Rewards Competitive salary of up to €32,000.
