Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor

The ideal candidate for this role will possess a strong leadership presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with management to ensure seamless day-to-day operations in the food and beverage department.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 23 years of experience as a supervisor or senior F&B assistant.
  • Ideal experience within a 4-star hotel or similar standard property.
  • Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
  • A proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
