About the Role
Stelvio Group are hiring on behalf of a global leader in security technology for an experienced Implementation Engineer to join their professional services and support team in Dublin.
This role combines solution delivery, project implementation, and advanced technical support . You’ll work directly with enterprise customers to design, deploy, and optimise security systems, cloud platforms, and enterprise software solutions .
Key Responsibilities Partner with customers to gather requirements and design tailored solutions.
Install, configure, and integrate software, cloud, and access control systems.
Lead full implementation projects: planning, deployment, testing, and go-live.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex issues.
Deliver technical training to customers and internal teams.
Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Skills & Experience 2+ years in Implementation, Professional Services, or Technical Support.
Strong troubleshooting and system integration experience.
Hands-on knowledge of Access Control Systems, Cloud (AWS/Azure), SQL/MongoDB, Networking .
Programming skills (C#, Python, or similar) are a plus.
Proven project management and customer-facing experience.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
