We are looking for a Sales Operations Senior Advisor to support our growing EMEA Sales Organization. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Sales Operations, you will be instrumental in building and managing a high-performing, pan-EMEA sales structure. This is more than just a support role—you will be a strategic partner, working closely with sales leadership to drive operational efficiency and business success.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

1. Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership, ensuring seamless collaboration between sales, renewals, and other operational functions.
2. Help shape and execute go-to-market strategies for recent business acquisitions, ensuring smooth integration into the sales organization.
3. Drive key sales operations initiatives, including quota and territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales automation.
4. Support sales commission calculations, sales rep performance tracking, and account/lead management.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to optimize sales effectiveness.

Qualifications

1. 5+ years of Operations, Finance, or relevant work experience.
2. Experience in enterprise technology industry.
3. Experience working in dynamic multi-country and cross-cultural environments.
4. Proficiency with enterprise tools – SFDC, Clari, Power BI, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible, and open-minded.
6. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong organizational and relationship building skills.
8. Demonstrated analytical and project management skills.
9. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
