Duties/Responsibilities

Assign work, manage schedules, and coach production team members
Ensure adherence to GMPs, quality standards, and safety protocols
Track output against production goals; identify and resolve bottlenecks
Support onboarding, training, and performance reviews
Lead team huddles and implement process improvements

Required Skills/Abilities

Leadership and people management
Experience in GMP and regulated environments
Ability to enforce SOPs and motivate team success

Education And Experience

At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred, preferably in a production environment.
At least 2 years experience in a GMP production environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Assist in leading a team of approximately 12 including staffing, scheduling, managing labor hours

appropriately, managing attendance, training, etc.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours per day.
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 30 pounds regularly.
Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 50 pounds.
