The Absolute Hotel are recruiting anAccommodation Supervisor. The Absolute Hotel Accommodation Supervisor will work closely with and report directly to the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Manager and support the day to day Main Duties: To clean rooms and public areas as required To assure maximum departmental productivity and that the Front Desk has room inventory when required in a timely fashion. To inspect and supervise the guest rooms and public areas within the Hotel. To assure that Housekeeping staff have the supplies necessary to perform their duties. To assist in the inventory process. To perform shift-associated work such as room assignment, vacant rooms, discrepancy reports, key controls and turn down assignments and inspections. To manage any defects with respect to Maintenance and Housekeeping concerns To block and control room inventory for Do Not Release (DNR) rooms To assist and participate in department meetings. To work in compliance with all Health and Safety regulations, including Fire, Emergency and Chemical regulations. To fulfill all VIPs and special guests requests with the highest level of excellence. To adhere to the Hotel and job specific policies and procedures at all times. To accept flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to Hotel Guest. The ideal candidate for this position would possess: Minimum of one years experience in a similar role Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills Standards driven Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment Flexible with regards to working hour Benefits of working with the Absolute Hotel Meals on duty provided.
