You will treat your territory like your own business—owning the customer experience, driving local sales, and building brand awareness. You’ll lead a passionate team, engage deeply with the community, and be the face of Wiltshire Farm Foods in Ireland.

Why Join Us?

- Be part of a purpose-led business that truly cares about its customers.
- Lead a high-growth opportunity in a new and exciting market.
- Work with a supportive national team and enjoy the autonomy to shape your region.
- Make a real impact—on your team, your customers, and your community.

Who we are

At Wiltshire Farm Foods, we exist to make a real difference to our customers’ lives. We deliver delicious, nutritious meals with a side of genuine care and connection, helping people—especially older adults—live independently at home.

Responsibilities

- Drive Sales Growth & Brand Awareness

- Lead the charge in growing market share and expanding customer base across ROI.

- Build and execute a local sales strategy aligned with national goals.

- Develop and manage a pipeline of new customer opportunities through direct outreach, referrals, and partnerships.

- Champion the brand through local marketing, events, and community engagement.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to tailor campaigns for the Irish market.

- Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team

- Recruit, train, and inspire a customer-focused, sales-driven team.

- Set clear performance targets and coach the team to exceed them.

- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

- Ensure the team delivers exceptional service that turns customers into advocates.

- Community and Stakeholder Engagement

- Establish strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organisations, local authorities and hospitals.

- Position WFF as a trusted partner in supporting independent living.

- Commercial & Operational Excellence

- Own the P&L for the territory, with a focus on profitable growth.

- Monitor and manage key cost levers: labour, logistics, marketing, and depot operations.

- Use data to drive decisions and continuously improve performance.

- Report monthly on sales, customer growth, and financial performance.

Qualifications/Personal Qualities

- Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally in a retail, FMCG, or healthcare environment.
- A self-starter with a strong commercial mindset and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Passionate about customer service and making a difference in people’s lives.
- Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience managing a P&L and delivering against ambitious growth targets.

You must have held a manual driving licence for at least 2 years.

All offers of employment are subject to a Driving Assessment, Driving Licence checks and other relevant employment checks.
