Responsibilities

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader you will be a passionate foodie who loves going the extra mile to make sure our guests have an amazing dining experience and leave wanting to come back again and again.

Experience as an F&B Team Lead or Supervisor of a team of waitstaff or similar in a hotel environment will be beneficial to the successful applicant.

You will work alongside the senior F&B management team, overseeing the daily operations to ensure guest satisfaction, clear communication between departments, and a smooth service.

Liaising closely with the kitchen and bar teams, you will ensure a timely service, while also handling guest queries, complaints and feedback with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to maintain the highest standards.

This is a full-time position, and candidates must be eligible to work 40 hours per week on a variable shift pattern.

As a Food and Beverage Team Leader at The Croke Park, you will be working for the family owned Doyle Collection Hotel group, which means there are plenty of opportunities for your career to grow in Ireland and further afield in the UK and the USA.
