In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a key role in developing and executing innovative digital marketing strategies, optimizing online campaigns, and driving business growth through data-driven decision-making.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize our online advertising campaigns and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital channels, a knack for analyzing data, and a passion for driving business growth. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about contributing to the success of individual campaigns and broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute paid online advertising campaigns and strategies.
- Own marketing activities across various verticals and markets, ensuring a deep understanding of what works (and what doesn’t) in each channel and applying these learnings to drive business growth.
- Monitor online marketing trends and industry shifts, analyzing key statistics to develop innovative strategies for marketing campaigns.
- Track and report campaign performance to identify actionable insights and optimize results.
- Define and implement new and innovative ideas to elevate marketing strategies, adopting an analytical and data-driven approach to monitor progress and measure success.
- Translate business objectives into actionable campaign strategies andproposing campaign structures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media platforms, programmatic advertising).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of market research techniques and customer trend analysis.
