Location: St. Mary’s Hospital, Phoenix Park, Chapelizod, Dublin 20, D20 TY72. Health region: HSE Dublin and North East. County: Dublin North.
Responsibilities Provide medical care within the Older Persons medicine team at St Mary’s Hospital.
Participate in inpatient specialist rehabilitation, post-acute frail elderly, orthogeriatric and stroke care; sub-acute care including community response and emergency department diversion; ambulatory care at the day hospital; and residential care services.
Contribute to multidisciplinary ambulatory care at the Day Hospital, including outpatient rehabilitation and clinics with comprehensive geriatric assessment, dementia management, falls & syncope assessment, continence promotion, and osteoporosis/bone health services.
