Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for internal J&J staff, healthcare professionals, and travel agency staff, providing timely and clear information regarding travel logistics for conferences.
Ensure each event has relevant approvals and compliance tasks completed; maintain meticulous records and documentation related to travel plans.
Address issues or changes during the travel planning process to ensure a smooth experience for all involved.
Ad-hoc office administration duties as part of the role.
Maintain knowledge of the Electrophysiology marketplace, including competitor products and strategies.
What to Expect Achieve agreed objectives and sales targets as outlined in the annual performance cycle.
Develop catheter utilization and capital sales in Electrophysiology to gain market share and meet sales targets aligned with the Business Plan.
Develop and deliver entrepreneurship enabling market share gains by differentiating from the competition.
Execute on key EMEA Marketing strategies, including successful roll-out of new products and innovations.
Maintain and develop firm business and clinical relationships with strategically meaningful clinical and economic partners.
Develop an in-depth understanding of customer needs at all levels to tailor solutions improving sales potential for J&J Med Tech Electrophysiology.
Ensure local pricing aligns with national pricing strategies and manage tenders across their lifecycle.
Maintain knowledge of the Electrophysiology marketplace and competitors.
Who You Will Be Working With Reporting to the medical director; collaboration with the medical affairs team (7 medical advisors).
External agencies handling travel, accommodation, meals, and registrations for traveling healthcare professionals.
Other administrative staff in the medical department and external suppliers (e.g., meeting venues, restaurants, printers).
Qualifications Required : Personal drive with a positive, can-do demeanor.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing platforms (Zoom/Teams), and foundational knowledge of Gen AI tools and applications.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills, particularly in Gen AI technologies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team; proven administration experience.
