IM Transcend Testing and Cutover Lead AnalystJohnson & Johnson is recruiting an IM Transcend Testing and Cutover Lead Analyst located in multiple locations including Titusville, NJ; Raritan, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; Horsham, PA; Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; Zug, Switzerland; Leiden, Netherlands.This role is available across multiple countries and may be posted under different requisition numbers to comply with local requirements.Location-specific postings: Titusville/Raritan/New Brunswick, NJ; Horsham, PA – Requisition Number: R- ; Dublin, Ireland; Beerse, Belgium; Zug, Switzerland; Leiden, Netherlands – Requisition Number: R- .Applications submitted to one or more postings will be considered as a single submission.Innovative Medicines Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into a single ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains.The program will simplify the Innovative Medicines ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a digital backbone that is fit for purpose, allowing us to support the business with agility.It will also remediate end-of-life system exposure.Role overview: The Testing and Cutover Lead Analyst is part of the Innovative Medicines Transcend Finance Deployment Team; responsible for the implementation of the end-to-end future-state Finance processes as part of the S/4HANA implementation within global transformation programs.This position will assist with deployment release testing cycles, cutover planning and execution, and help drive Transcend program methodologies through the Finance Deployment Organization.ResponsibilitiesAnticipated workload split: 60% Testing Lead, 40% Cutover LeadTesting Lead ResponsibilitiesSupport System Integration, Business Simulation, and User Acceptance Testing for all deployment releasesPartner with SigniFi Transact team to orchestrate joint end-to-end testing between systemsCollaborate with functional workstream leads to develop end-to-end testing plans for each cycleReport on testing progress, risks, and issue resolutionCoordinate test data and transactions readiness prior to testing kick-offTriage testing defects for proper disposition and resolutionCoordinate tester security and role access to ensure uninterrupted testingCutover ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive end-to-end cutover plans for each deployment releaseSupport cutover execution and tracking for each deployment releaseCoordinate mock cutover cycles in preparation for go-live releasesQualificationsMinimum of a bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Accounting)Minimum 4 years of experience within financeExperience with system testing cycles – BST, UAT, data validationExpert level knowledge of SAP financial processesAbility to manage parallel deployment release timelinesStrong analytic skills and ability to balance big picture with attention to detailPassionate about developing expertise in complex financial topicsAgile mindsetStrong communication skills and ability to articulate complex issuesTeam player and collaborative working styleLocation flexibility: Titusville, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Horsham, PAPreferred Knowledge, Skills And AbilitiesExperience in the finance portion of a major business transformation / ERP projectKnowledge of digital tools (PowerQuery, PowerBI, etc.)Experience working in global/virtual environmentsExperience using Jira project toolEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Quality AssuranceIndustries: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-*****-Ljbffr
