Link Personnel have a number of Legal Executive vacancies to suit candidates with experience in a busy property dept. This role will suit someone with 3 years' experience within a law firm, who is looking good autonomy with a busy general practice. Experience with high volume residential property is essential. Duties

- Taking instructions from Solicitors.
- Liaising with the client's or 3rd party Solicitors in relation to queries.
- Legal Research
- Liaise with clients as required by the supervising Solicitor.
- Liaising with the Land Registry
- Provide support for all administration tasks as required, including photocopying, filing of documents.
- General handling of files post completion.
- Releasing title documents and scheduling title documents.
- Ensuring compliance with data security guidelines and legislation.

The Person

- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a legal environment (law firm or in-house experience)
- Property law experience is a MUST
- An ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Very good communications and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of motivation and an ability to act on one's own initiative.
