Overview

We’re excited to announce that applications are now open for our September 2026 Ryanair Labs Graduate Programme based in our Dublin office. This is your chance to kick-start your career with Europe’s largest airline group and collaborate with some of the brightest minds in aviation and technology.

Successful candidates will join Ryanair Labs on a 12-month fixed-term contract, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

The Person

You will need to be on track to achieve a minimum of 2.1 and have excelled in your degree course. We want graduates who have a story to tell and who have strong outside interests. Cultural fit at Ryanair is just as important as academics.

Requirements

- Relevant degree programme and either secured or are on track to receive a 2.1 or above
- Must have graduated university no earlier than 2024
- Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Ireland and travel freely throughout the network.
- Strong analytical ability to drive efficiency, quality and continuous improvements
- Ability to work in a pressurised and fast paced environment
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A great sense of humour and a down-to-earth attitude
- Discounted and unlimited travel to over 250 destinations
- Defined Contribution Pension Scheme – Matched up to 5% or €5,000
- Death in Service Benefit – Up to 2 times of annual basic salary
- 20 Days Annual Leave – Increasing to 22 days after 12 months and 25 days after 3 years of continuous service
- Option for up to 5 additional unpaid leave days per year
