Our client, is a Boutique Firm based in Dublin City Centre, who are looking for a Banking Solicitor to join their growing firm. Experience:

- Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents.
- Good knowledge of legislative frameworks.
- Advising in relation to lending and security queries.
- Advising on Company Law issues.
- Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients.
- Confidence in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality work.
- Flexible approach to work.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a team, be pragmatic and to stay calm under pressure.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines.
