Join us as a Senior HR Advisor in Ireland This role will cover the Athy, and Cahir sites. Ideal Location is Kilkenny. Are you a proactive and solutions-focused HR professional looking to make a real impact on the ground? We're looking for Senior HR Advisor to provide hands-on support and expert guidance to managers and employees. In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for all HR matters-ensuring policies are applied consistently, supporting the full employee lifecycle, and helping to build a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture. What you'll do: Provide day-to-day HR support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures Manage employee relations issues while maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding Collaborate with HR partners to implement global and local HR initiatives Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards Act as a key point of contact for employee queries and promote engagement and development initiatives Coach and advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and workforce planning Support change management and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes Manage labour relations, including communication with unions, handling of disputes, and local negotiations Monitor and maintain a positive social climate through effective employee dialogue and council participation What you'll bring: Experience in a generalist or operational HR role at a similar level Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations, including union negotiations Confident coaching managers on HR policies and procedures Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills Trusted partner with strong interpersonal skills and sound judgment Proactive, solutions-focused, and collaborative in a matrix environment Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable using HR data and metrics.
