About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Team Lead to manage and inspire the Client Services Personal Lines team. The ideal candidate will bring excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to lead with confidence while delivering outstanding service to clients.
In this role, you will:
1. Lead, manage, and motivate a growing team, ensuring performance and morale remain high.
2. Implement a digital-first approach, identifying smarter ways of working to enhance the customer journey.
3. Conduct regular one-to-one meetings, implement development plans, and identify training needs.
4. Collaborate across teams to ensure operational efficiency.
5. Monitor team performance, report progress, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
What You'll Bring
1. APA with a commitment to ongoing professional development.
2. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Personal Lines, with leadership or supervisory experience a strong advantage.
3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
4. A can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to change and prioritize workloads effectively.
5. A structured approach to managing time and resources, both for yourself and your team.
6. Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a positive team culture.
