Job Title: Insurance Executive Location: South Dublin (Hybrid, 2 days per week in office) Abrivia are currently recruiting for an Insurance Executive to join our client in South Dublin. This is a permanent role within a specialist insurance team, providing key support across premium, claims, and reinsurance activities. The successful candidate will play a central role in maintaining accurate reporting, managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth operation of insurance processes. Your Role Act as a key contact across multiple insurance portfolios, building and maintaining strong working relationships. Process and reconcile premium, claims, and commission transactions with accuracy and attention to detail. Support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting processes, ensuring deadlines are consistently met. Prepare reconciliations for claims paid and claims fees, investigating and resolving any variances. Assist with reinsurance tasks including claims reporting and associated analysis. Manage documentation, process improvements, and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements. Collaborate closely with colleagues across finance, claims, and external partners to ensure smooth delivery of services. Your Skills 2-4 years' experience in the insurance industry, ideally within motor or fleet insurance. Strong numerical and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working with data and reconciliations, with solid Excel skills. Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively. A relevant third-level qualification or professional designation (e.g. Business, Finance, Analytics, Maths, Insurance) is preferred. Should this position be of interest to you please call Tadhg at .
