Location: North Dublin Onsite:Yes Compensation: €60,000 basic + 10k bonus and benefits ACCPRO is working with a growing retail organisation to recruit for a Merchandising Design Manager. The ideal candidate will have strong retail demand planning and merchandising experience. The role is based in North Dublin, is fully onsite. Responsibilities: Plan product ranges and prepare sales and stock plans Forecast trading profits and sales, and optimise the sales volume and profitability of designated product categories Plan budgets and present sales forecasts and figures for new ranges Collaborating with Retail Buying and Marketing teams to understand analysis requirements, Managing the product life cycle for each category area Develop and deliver Planograms for retail products Develop range presentation and packing exercises, representative of the products and services Manage and deliver any bespoke or adhoc bar design requirements according to customer briefs Deliver service improvement recommendations Using data analysis to deliver insight and support business decision making Providing summary analysis weekly/monthly to leadership teams on key retail performance Requirements: Highly commercial and able to build seasonally appropriate ranges Experience of in season trading and range performance analysis in a multi-channel environment Merchandising / demand planning experience ideally gained in a FMCG/retail environment Demonstrable knowledge of range assortment plan creation and maintenance Experience working effectively with cross functional teams Supplier management experience Strong working knowledge of Excel Due to the high volume of applications received, we regret that we are unable to respond to all applications.
