Area Visual Merchandiser

We are looking for a full-time Area Visual Merchandiser to bring creativity and attention to detail to Dublin-area stores, making them inviting and engaging places for customers to shop. This role is hands-on and varied, giving you the chance to work across multiple locations while helping shape the look and feel. You'll play a key part in creating displays that not only reflect seasonal themes but also inspire customers and help them make purchasing decisions. Working closely with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager and the wider VM team, you will take pride in delivering high-quality, impactful visual presentations that support both the store's atmosphere and overall business goals. Responsibilities Be based in Tallaght and travel regularly to other Dublin-area stores, keeping each location to the same high standard. Work closely with the Regional Visual Merchandising Manager to ensure a consistent look and feel across all stores. Plan and install seasonal displays, new product launches, and promotional layouts that capture attention. Review store layouts and customer flow, making changes where needed to improve the shopping experience. Use creativity to design displays that highlight key products and encourage purchases. Keep displays well-stocked, tidy, and in line with stock levels. Lead and support the VM team, offering guidance, training, and regular feedback. Stay aware of retail trends and competitor displays, bringing fresh ideas to the team. Skills and Qualifications Retail experience is an advantage. Experience with floor displays is essential. A track record of creating effective, visually appealing displays is beneficial. Strong organisational skills and clear communication abilities to collaborate effectively with the retail team. A team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to motivate others.
