Job Description

This role plays a key part in delivering an inspiring and dynamic customer store experience. You will lead the execution of all visual projects in store, partnering with colleagues to communicate and execute seasonal layouts and display schemes.

  • You will interpret company direction and current fashion trends to deliver creative and exciting visual solutions that drive sales and support business objectives.
  • You will collaborate with peers to develop unique perspectives on display concepts, leading to innovative and timely project execution.
  • You will manage the delivery of seasonal display concepts through effective time management and planning, ensuring clean execution and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will communicate seasonal set-ups through effective photo layouts submitted quarterly, and implement all visual initiatives and styling direction to the highest standard.
  • You will coach team members on merchandise placement, merchandising standards, and business analysis, facilitating an efficient shipment processing system to maximise sales.
Requirements
  • You must have a proven track record of driving sales through excellent visual presentations and strong business acumen.
  • You must have an understanding of the industry's culture and its appeal to the local market.
  • You must be able to communicate effectively at all levels and possess strong organisational skills.
  • You must have project and time management experience, with a willingness to travel and work away from home for periods of time.
  • You must have retail management experience with creative interests or a background in fashion, art, and music.
