The role

Ground Operations Crew Controller are classified as Administrative Personnel in the Emerald Airlines' Ground Operations Crew Controller team, supporting the Operations Control Duty Manager in managing the operation with particular attention to crew resources management.

Responsibilities:

1. Main point of contact for all Emerald Airlines airports in our network.

2. Ensure adherence to Emerald policies, procedures, and contractual agreements by ground handling service providers.

3. Identify, highlight, and help resolve under-performance issues by airports and ground handling service providers.

4. Coordinate and produce reports on key performance areas such as punctuality, customer service, ancillary revenues, safety, and security.

5. Manage disruptions and ensure efficient customer care as per regulations.

6. Authorize invoices for ad-hoc ground handling services.

7. Perform general OCC administration duties and ad-hoc reporting.

8. Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

9. Show strong technical and problem-solving abilities.

10. Maintain excellent communication skills across all levels.

11. Display initiative, self-direction, and motivation.

12. Knowledge of PDC / PPS / ASTRAL is advantageous.

13. Experience with IATA / EASA AIR OPS / FTLs is advantageous.
