Ground Operations Coordinator

The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Ground Operations Coordinator to support our Operations Control Duty Manager in managing our ground operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of crew resources, adherence to company policies and procedures, and the identification and resolution of under-performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the main point of contact for all airports within our network.
  2. Ensure that ground handling service providers adhere to our policies, procedures, and contractual agreements.
  3. Identify and address under-performance issues by airports and ground handling service providers.
  4. Coordinate and produce reports on key performance areas such as punctuality, customer service, ancillary revenues, safety, and security.
  5. Manage disruptions and ensure efficient customer care as per regulations.
  6. Authorize invoices for ad-hoc ground handling services.
  7. Perform general OCC administration duties and ad-hoc reporting.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent technical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels.
  • Initiative, self-direction, and motivation.
  • Knowledge of PDC / PPS / ASTRAL is advantageous.
  • Experience with IATA / EASA AIR OPS / FTLs is advantageous.
