With over a century of expertise and a best-selling range of specialist products, they're dedicated to helping educators ignite creativity and foster innovation in the classroom. They are now seeking an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven sales professional to drive business growth, cultivate lasting client relationships, and support schools and colleges across Ireland Day to Day Responsibilities: Grow the educational resources market, find new opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Build relationships with schools and key stakeholders, act as main contact, and maintain high prospecting activity. Research market trends, monitor industry changes, and identify opportunities for new products, services, and partnerships. Drive sales to meet targets, create tailored proposals, and deliver strong presentations to potential clients. Work with internal teams on aligned strategies and lead a small business development team. Track key metrics, gather feedback, and provide regular progress reports to senior management. The ideal you Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. 7-10 years of experience in sales, or marketing, preferably in the education or educational resources sector. Proven ability to build and nurture relationships. Strong commercial skills with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets. Understanding of the Irish education system, market dynamics, and key players in the education sector. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
