About the role We have an immediate vacancy for a proactive and self-motivated Project Support Associate/Officer. Working within a client-focused environment in one of Ireland's Top 10 Accountancy Firms, this is an excellent opportunity to join a professional and fast paced team. The successful candidate will join our audit team to support our management team with both internal and client facing projects. You will also work with other parts of our organisation on firm wide projects and liaise with other RSM firms on specific initiatives. For the successful candidate, we will offer support for continuing relevant education. Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the Project Support Associate (PSA/O) will include; Provides expert support to client serving teams to facilitate the client engagement management lifecycle from onboarding to delivery. Works closely with the team to develop and implement process improvement to the client engagement management experience. Develops an expert understanding of our internal systems and be the main point of contact for team queries, providing support and guidance on where required Collaborates with other Project support officers for idea-sharing and seeks opportunities for skills and knowledge enhancement Supports engagement teams in adopting new technologies and ways of working. Supports the team with proposal development and preparation and business development initiatives. Drives excellence in document production to promote premium engagement deliverables. Assists engagement teams in managing and organising routine finance management processes incl. the achievement of departmental KPIs and metrics on a periodic basis. Supports periodic client satisfaction engagement initiatives. Assists with relevant projects and ad hoc requests. Supports the execution of networking events and Liaises with Marketing department in assisting the communication of thought leadership and other external messaging to our client base The person The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience: Essential At least 2 years' previous relevant experience Strong team working ability and a positive, enthusiastic attitude No formal qualification required however relevant education history an advantage Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail Comfortable and adaptable approach to using different technology platforms Dynamic problem solver who can initiate & drive change initiatives to enhance our internal processes, particularly leveraging technology where relevant. Strong experience with MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is essential Ability to remain discreet working with confidential matters A bility to work co-operatively and effectively within the team and the organisation Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, solve problems, manage and meet the deadlines and maintain a high quality of work Desirable Experience in professional services, financial services or similar industry is an advantage Experience with practice management, financial management or ERP software is an advantage #RSM is an equal opportunity employer To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
