Responsibilities
This is an exciting time to join our Architecture Team, given the number of large-scale projects underway. The team manages Irish and international projects. The Senior Architectural Technologist will be responsible for:
Coordinating layouts and preparing tender and construction documentation for large-scale projects as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Detailing and specifying projects, including complex cladding, modular cleanrooms, GMP environments, and highly serviced buildings. Proven experience across all project stages, including statutory applications, tender and construction documentation, and onsite project delivery.
Managing the delivery of BIM/Revit projects.
Demonstrating strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
A Level 8 degree qualification.
At least 5 years of industry experience with strong design, technical, and construction knowledge.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
A proactive approach and adaptability to changing scenarios.
Detailed knowledge of Irish building regulations.
Experience in Revit is preferred.
