What You'll Be Doing Source and engage top talent using CRM, LinkedIn, AI-powered search tools, and LSC's marketing platforms. Screen candidates for suitability and manage the full recruitment lifecycle Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines across pharma, biotech, and med device roles. Collaborate with account managers to meet client needs and submission timelines Ensure vacancies are accurately advertised and actively managed Support marketing efforts to grow candidate networks across platforms Deliver recruitment solutions that align with both client goals and candidate aspirations Build long-term relationships with candidates, consultants, and clients Skills & Attributes Relationship-Driven: You build trust and rapport with candidates and clients. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using AI tools, ATS/CRM systems, and sourcing platforms. Data-Informed: Able to interpret recruitment metrics and use insights to improve strategy. Content-Aware: Understands the importance of employer branding and candidate experience. Strategic Thinker: Anticipates hiring needs and builds proactive talent pipelines. Collaborative: Works well across teams and adapts to evolving business needs. What You Bring 3rd level qualification in Business, Science, Engineering, or Psychology 2+ years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, or Recruitment Strong interest in the Life Sciences industry Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Organised, proactive, and collaborative mindset Familiarity with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM, etc.) Why Join LSC?
