Employee Experience | Customer Experience | Digital Transformation The Role We are seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our Public Sector team, supporting both Public Sector and Semi-State clients. In this hybrid role, you will assist with recruitment administration and coordination, ensuring processes align with CPSA guidelines for Public Sector campaigns while supporting Semi-State clients with day-to-day recruitment activities. You will work collaboratively with hiring teams, helping to deliver a seamless candidate and client experience from application to onboarding. The role requires strong administration skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional and client-focused manner. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle. Assist with the initial review of applications, ensuring all candidates meet essential criteria. Prepare and issue interview invitations, regret communications, and other candidate correspondence. Take accurate and detailed notes during interviews, ensuring records are compliant and up to date. Monitor and manage the shared recruitment inbox, responding to candidate and client queries in a timely and professional manner. Support the preparation of starter packs and assist with onboarding new hires. Maintain recruitment documentation in line with CPSA Code of Practice. Support onsite interviews and recruitment activities at client locations across Dublin 4 and Dublin City Centre. Collaborate closely with the wider Talent Evolution Group team to deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for clients and candidates. Requirements Minimum 1 years experience in administration or customer service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Excellent typing and note-taking skills. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Professional communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and clients. A collaborative approach and a genuine interest in recruitment and Public Sector processes.
