Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized TA Coordinator to join our team in the childcare sector. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for TAs, supporting their development, scheduling, and compliance with childcare standards.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination & Scheduling:
- Manage TA schedules
- Handle last-minute changes and maintain staffing continuity.
Team Support & Development:
- Serve as the first point of contact for TA queries and concerns.
- Assist with onboarding and training of new TAs.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure all TAs meet regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, certifications, and training.
Communication:
- Liaise between TAs and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Support in resolving staffing issues promptly and professionally.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare or education coordination roles.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools and basic administrative software.
