- Proven ability to manage the full UX process (research, ideation, prototyping, usability testing, iterative refinement).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders.
- Thorough understanding of user-centred design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.

- Familiarity with both Java/HTML-based front ends and modern Angular frameworks.
- Strong visual design skills (typography, colour, layout) and responsive/mobile-first design knowledge.
- Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g. WCAG).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Experience using analytics tools to derive data-driven insights.
- Background in enterprise or complex SaaS application design.
- Proven success in technology modernisation or transformation projects.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Skilled in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Enthusiastic about crafting cohesive, engaging user experiences across diverse platforms.
- Open to feedback and committed to a collaborative design process.
