Are you an experienced Property, Estates, or Asset Manager looking to step into a strategic, long-term role in the public healthcare sector? We’re hiring on behalf of our public sector client for a Property Portfolio Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of medical properties across County Mayo, with your base in Galway City.

Ideal Background:
You might currently be a:
- Property Manager / Portfolio Manager
- Chartered Surveyor (SCSI / RICS)
- Estates / Asset Manager
- Acquisition / Disposal Specialist
- Commercial or Facilities Surveyor
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years in property management, valuation, or transactions
- Experience with large portfolios, acquisitions/disposals
- Familiar with zoning, planning, compliance, and lease management
- Level 8+ qualification in Property / Valuation / Economics
- Professional membership (SCSI or RICS)
