Site Manager – Residential Projects (mayo)Location: Co.MayoProject Type: Residential housing developmentStart Date: Immediate / As soon as availableFlanagans are seeking experienced Site Managers for two new residential projects currently underway in Co.Mayo .This role is available on a contract or permanent basis and can suit either working site managers or supervisory-focused managers, depending on your skillset.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day site operations from inception to completionManage on-site teams, including direct labour and subcontractorsMonitor progress, identify issues, and problem-solve in real-timeMaintain full compliance with Health & Safety standardsPrepare and submit weekly progress reports, 1-week and 2-week lookaheadsEnsure high-quality standards are maintained – do it once, do it rightLiaise with engineers, quantity surveyors, and other key stakeholdersSource local labour and subcontractors as requiredTrack and manage material deliveries, site logistics, and programme adherenceMaintain a strong focus on the commercial performance of the projectKey RequirementsProven experience as a Site Manager on residential developmentsStrong leadership skills and ability to manage multiple moving partsExcellent communication and organisational skillsPractical knowledge of building regulations, safety protocols, and site documentationAbility to work to tight deadlines with a proactive and hands-on approachCompetent in writing clear and accurate reports and lookahead schedulesCommercial awareness – able to see the bigger picture and manage resources efficientlyValid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and other relevant certsDriving licence and ability to commute to site dailyBenefitsLong-term project stability – 18-month project durationsCompetitive package based on experienceOpportunity to lead exciting housing projects in the West/Northwest regionJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €55,******-€58,****** per yearWork Location: In person
