**Tax Manager Role**

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our professional services firm as a Tax Manager in our Dublin North office.

About the Role

This key leadership position focuses on tax compliance, client advisory, and team development. As a Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate and private clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all tax compliance and advisory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate and private clients, delivering high-quality tax compliance and advisory services.
  • Review and finalise income tax, corporation tax, CGT, and CAT returns prepared by junior staff.
  • Advise clients on tax planning opportunities, restructures, and Revenue interactions.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements and digitalisation initiatives in the tax department.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to training, development, and resource planning.
Your Experience

We are seeking a highly experienced Tax Manager with:

  • ACA/ACCA qualification and 35 years post-qualification experience in a tax-focused role.
  • Strong technical knowledge across multiple tax heads including corporation tax, income tax, VAT, and capital taxes.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tax software such as ROS, CCH, and other compliance platforms.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
