About Your New Employee:
Our client is a leading Insurance company operating across the Irish market having been founded a hundred years ago. They have a specific focus on protecting and safeguarding their clients across differing areas of the Public Sector. They are currently looking to hire an ambitious Legal Executive, who will support their Solicitors in Personal Injury Defence Litigation.
About Your New Job:
1. Manage a variety of injury claims across all court jurisdictions, creating case files, drafting legal documents, and tracking deadlines to ensure proactive case progression.
2. Support Solicitors in Personal Injury Defence Litigation.
3. Liaise with the Claims Department, Solicitors, Barristers, opposing Counsel, and expert witnesses to coordinate case strategy and proceedings.
4. Support in preparing case files, legal documentation, and assisting Solicitors in settlement negotiations and trial proceedings.
5. Contribute to general legal duties as and when required.
Who You Are:
1. Relevant professional or third-level qualification, preferably in Legal Studies, with experience in insurance or injury claims litigation.
2. Organised and detail-oriented, with strong administration, multitasking, and case management skills to work independently.
3. Effective communicator with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, committed to a customer-focused and quality-driven approach.
4. Proficient in case management systems and office software, with the ability to work efficiently in a predominantly paperless environment.
