Overview Supply Chain Program Assistant (Mandarin Speaking) at Adecco. Location: Dublin 4 (Fully Onsite). Contract: 12 months initially. Base pay range: 35-45K per annum. This role focuses on supply chain and procurement support.
Responsibilities Good communication with cross-functional departments and suppliers.
Hands-on and willing to roll up sleeves to support operational activities.
Follow and track weekly TO-DO progress, discrepancies, and assist the team to close or offset tasks on time.
Responsible for tracking delivery status and POD return in time.
Monitor and support the team to achieve related supply chain KPIs, inventory supplies, and system operations.
Be able to physically work onsite or in a warehouse when required.
Responsible for operation DOA process and loan contracts offset.
Qualifications Ideally Bachelor or Master Degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Management.
Good English speaking, reading and writing skills; Mandarin is a plus.
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high pressure.
Result-driven mindset, strong work ethic and desire to achieve excellence.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
