Site Manager - Retail (South Dublin) Location: South Dublin Full-time, Permanent Competitive Salary + KPI Bonus + Excellent Benefits About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Retail Site Manager to lead a busy convenience store operation in South Dublin. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and profitable running of the site, delivering excellent standards in customer service, fresh food, merchandising, and compliance. This is a hands-on management role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and enjoys leading and developing a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Operations & Performance Oversee the efficient day-to-day running of the store Achieve sales, margin, and waste targets while maintaining high operational standards Ensure store presentation, merchandising, and customer care align with brand standards Implement and maintain HACCP and hygiene compliance across all departments Control stock levels, conduct stocktakes, and manage overheads within budget Team Leadership Lead, motivate, and develop the store team through coaching, training, and performance management Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture Manage rosters, annual leave, and HR administration Financial & Back Office Management Oversee daily cash reconciliations, lodgements, and reporting Ensure accuracy in financial and operational data entry Monitor KPIs and business reports, taking proactive actions to meet targets Customer Service Lead by example to ensure exceptional customer experiences Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, resolving issues promptly Health, Safety & Compliance Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with legislation and company policy Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and welfare regulations About You Minimum 3 years' experience in a retail management or assistant management role Proven ability to lead and motivate teams Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs and financial reports Excellent communication, organisational, and delegation skills Enthusiastic, hands-on leader with a genuine passion for retail What's on Offer Competitive salary & KPI bonus scheme Colleague discount across the group Paid family leave (maternity, parental, etc.) Enhanced annual leave up to 27 days VHI health insurance contribution Employee referral and bonus schemes Travel & Bike to Work and Save As You Earn schemes Mileage allowance Ongoing training and development via e-learning portal Skills: Sales Strategy Event Management Client Relationship Building Team Leadership Revenue Growth Conference & Wedding Sales Negotiation & Communication
