They are committed to providing exceptional aftersales service to their dealer network and delivering innovative vehicle technology to customers. Role Summary As an Aftersales Technical Specialist, you will provide expert technical support to the dealer network, assisting with complex vehicle issues, supporting training initiatives, and ensuring technical excellence across workshops. This is a hands-on role for someone with deep automotive knowledge who enjoys problem-solving and working collaboratively. Key Responsibilities Support dealer network with technical troubleshooting and guidance. Respond to technical queries via phone, email, and on-site visits. Check workshops for correct use of technical systems and processes. Liaise with training teams to identify skill gaps and recommend improvements. Prepare and document technical reports for management. Collaborate with internal teams on technical and customer-related issues. Participate in technical meetings and implement product campaigns when required. Candidate Requirements Minimum 5 years' experience in a technical support or senior workshop role. Strong knowledge of modern vehicle electronics and diesel engine technology. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to prepare clear reports and presentations. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Full, clean driving licence.
