Flexographic Printer Tack Packaging, a well-established packaging company based in Wicklow, is currently seeking a Flexographic Printer to join our production team. The purpose of this role is to operate a flexographic machine printing onto adhesive tape to the highest print quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Efficiently set up, operate, and monitor flexographic printing presses to ensure high quality output while avoiding wastage. Daily productivity responsibilities ensuring that daily production targets are met. Follow job specifications, colour standards and production requirements. Adjusting and recording ink formulations Continuous Quality checking and confirming print standards are maintained and that all jobs are produced to the highest quality level. Work collaboratively with other departments to meet production deadlines and to avoid downtime. Maintain work area in organised manner and advise Production Manager of any potential maintenance issues. Follow all safety procedures in operating equipment and performance of duties. Requirements: Previous experience in running a printing machine preferable. A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality. Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
