Job Title: Trade Sales Representative

Maximize sales and profit of our brands through key regional trade partner outlets, designated retail stores, and professional contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop excellent relationships with customers.
  • Identify and win new business/distribution opportunities.
  • Support regional Trade Partner stores sales to trade customers.
  • Build a clear understanding of customer objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop a strong technical understanding of our product range in order to understand customer needs and provide technical guidance to strengthen our offer.
  • Negotiate pricing/promotions within agreed parameters.
  • Help resolve customer queries/complaints.
  • Produce regular performance reporting.
  • Monitor and report on market/competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a successful sales professional.
  • Record of delivering consistent profitable sales growth within a fast-paced environment.
  • Good at nurturing in-depth client relationships.
  • Full driving license.
