Global Placement Analyst - (2500000W)

Description

Support Underwriters to grow our multinational business as a member of Allied World's Global Placement team:

1. Work with Underwriters across Europe and North America to understand their multinational program and place local policies in overseas jurisdictions.
2. Work with network partners and local carriers across the globe to place and service local policies and ensure local regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
3. Collaborate with other Global Placement team members, Operations, Legal & Compliance, Finance, and Claims to manage the full cycle of local policies, from submission to issuance, booking, and collection.
4. Support training and engagement of Underwriters to understand our multinational capability and process, building their knowledge and confidence.
5. Assist other Global Placement team members in responding to Underwriters and network partners.

Qualifications

Skills and experience:

- 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
- Understanding of multinational insurance programs and the management of local policies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent negotiation, influencing, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying and proposing solutions to meet client needs.
- Experience working across different cultures.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet deadlines and ensure complete processing and documentation.
