Responsibilities Provide person-centred support to individuals with complex needs.
Plan programmes and contribute to Person Centred Plans.
Work with initiative and uphold the philosophy of a Support Worker.
Qualifications A full QQI Level 5 Health Care Qualification is essential (e.g., health, community, care sector).
A genuine passion for providing person-centred support.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Awareness of Key Worker/Support Worker roles and the philosophy of supporting people with complex needs.
Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
