Alldus are supporting a leading Cybersecurity & Privacy consultancy in Ireland with a Program Delivery Lead contract. They require a Program Lead/Manager with a strong passion for privacy, security, and digital transformation. You will oversee multiple project streams focused on security hardening and enterprise-wide digital transformation. This is a high-impact role ensuring compliance, governance, and robust cybersecurity measures across the organization. Unparalleled stakeholder management is needed to be successful in this vacancy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the end-to-end delivery of digital transformation and security projects.
2. Ensure privacy-first principles are embedded across all initiatives.
3. Oversee multiple project streams, aligning with security and compliance standards.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
5. Implement best practices for risk management, governance, and security hardening.
6. Drive enterprise-wide digital efficiency while ensuring data protection best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

1. Proven experience in program delivery within privacy, security, or digital transformation.
2. Strong understanding of GDPR, cybersecurity frameworks, and risk management.
3. Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects within the public or private sector.
4. Ability to navigate regulatory landscapes and align projects with compliance requirements.
5. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
