HR Operations Specialist

Location: Dublin (Hybrid - 3 days in-office, 2 WFH)
Contract: 6-month

Company Overview

A leading construction company with a strong Irish presence, particularly in Dublin and Cork, is expanding due to its involvement in multiple projects. With significant upcoming hiring needs, the company is seeking an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support high-volume recruitment and onboarding.

Role Overview

The HR Operations Specialist will play a key role in supporting HR processes, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, and maintaining HRIS data integrity. This role involves close collaboration with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates to facilitate recruitment coordination and optimize HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Support high-volume recruitment efforts, ensuring smooth coordination between hiring managers and recruiters.
- Oversee and streamline the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and update HR systems, including iTrent HRIS, ensuring accuracy in employee records and onboarding details.
- Handle IT onboarding tasks, including email and system setup for new employees.
- Assist in managing contract roles and temporary staffing needs, ensuring efficient placement and integration.
- Provide general HR operational support, including employee queries, policy implementation, and process improvements.

Key Requirements

- Proven experience in an HR operations or HR coordination role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, with proficiency in iTrent HRIS preferred.
- Experience managing onboarding processes, including IT and system setup for new hires.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and coordinate multiple hiring needs simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage HR data accurately.

Work Environment

- Hybrid work model: Three days in-office, two remote.
