Fingleton White provide multidiscipline engineering services for the energy industry. We provide a full range of design, construction and commissioning services and are active across many sectors including Renewables, Gas Networks, Water, Energy & Utilities, and Asset Management. The company is responsible for planning and development of some of the most significant projects in the energy sector throughout UK and Ireland. We have 8 offices across England, Northern Ireland and Ireland with over 200 staff.

Position

The Role….

Accounts Administrator – REF: 2530

The successful applicant will work as part of our finance team in our head office in Portlaoise. The role will incorporate the following duties:

- Maintenance of accounts payable
- Maintenance of accounts receivable
- Assisting with preparation of year-end accounts
- Assisting with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Assisting with other areas of accounts

Requirements

The Candidate….

The ideal candidate will have:

- Two years or more relevant experience
- Experience in some but not all of the above duties is required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- Experience with accounting software
