Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of mechanical maintenance and repair teams.

- Ensure proper installation, operation, and servicing of mechanical equipment and systems.

- Monitor equipment performance and schedule preventive maintenance.

- Enforce safety standards and compliance with regulations.

- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and provide technical guidance to staff.

- Prepare reports on maintenance activities, equipment status, and resource needs.

Position requirements

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

- Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and supervision roles.

- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and safety standards.

- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.

- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in using maintenance tools, equipment, and relevant software.
