In this role, you will provide Health and Safety administrative support and collaborate closely with the Health & Safety and Operational teams to uphold and enhance our SHE compliance.
Location:Santry, Dublin (hybrid)
Hours: 9:00 - 17:30
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring that all site works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
- Liaise with clients & consultancies regarding Health & Safety requirements.
- Manage and coordinate data and information needed by others
- Identify all Heath, Safety & Welfare training needs for the site.
- Carry out incident investigations and corrective action measures with site management team
- Reviewing contractor risk assessments and method statements and other safety compliance documents.
- Maintain a strict code of Health & Safety on site
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations
