Key Responsibilities Leading and scaling lead generation teams (call centres, canvassers, digital funnels) to deliver a steady flow of qualified appointments. Driving and motivating in-home sales teams, ensuring they deliver a world-class consultative sales experience. Designing and executing a sales strategy that smashes ambitious growth targets. Recruiting, coaching, and inspiring managers and sales reps, creating a high-energy, high-performance culture. Using data and insights to track KPIs, spot opportunities, and continuously improve results. Working closely with marketing, operations, and customer service to keep the customer journey seamless from first call to installation. Core Competencies: A proven sales leader with experience running both lead generation and in-home sales teams. Someone with a track record of growing revenues fast and hitting ambitious targets. A coach and motivator who knows how to get the best out of people. Commercially sharp, data-driven, and able to think strategically while rolling up your sleeves day-to-day.
