We provide a wide range of services including audit, accounting, tax, payroll, bookkeeping, and business advice. Our clients include small and medium businesses, sole traders, partnerships, and not-for-profits in sectors like farming, hospitality, construction, professional services, and manufacturing. The Role We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager to lead and manage the daily running of our growing firm. This is a hands-on role for a qualified accountant with solid experience in audits of small companies and CLGs. You should also have strong skills in managing people and practice processes. Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations and team workflows to deliver work on time Supervise and review financial statements, management accounts, tax returns, and company and sole trader accounts Lead audits for small companies and CLGs Ensure compliance with CRO filing and other legal requirements Build and maintain strong client relationships Mentor junior staff and check their work for quality Help with planning and improving the practice Manage billing, work in progress, and debt collection with the principal Requirements ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification At least 5 years post-qualification experience in an accountancy practice Proven experience managing staff and practice operations Good knowledge of Irish accounting standards, tax, audit, and CRO rules Experience auditing small companies and CLGs essential Familiar with Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, IRIS, or similar software Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills What We Offer Competitive salary (€45,000 €60,000) depending on experience Leadership role in a well-established and friendly practice Supportive team and opportunities to grow professionally
