Job Description
Process and verify incoming invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies.
Handle payment runs and ensure timely payments to suppliers.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies in a professional manner.
Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems as needed.
Assist with month-end closing processes and reports.
Work with internal departments to resolve any invoice or payment issues.
Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
Contribute to process improvements within the Accounts Payable function.
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
Previous experience in Accounts Payable.
Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
A collaborative mindset to work well within a team environment.
Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

A salary in the range of €35,000 to €40,000.
