Are you a seasoned IT leader with deep roots in the life sciences sector? We're seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Site Team Lead to take the reins of a high-performing team based at our client's advanced manufacturing facility in Cork. This is more than a traditional leadership role - it's a chance to blend operational excellence, project delivery, and customer engagement into a meaningful impact on site performance and long-term client value. What You'll Be Doing: Acting as the primary liaison for site-level IT operations and projects, ensuring seamless coordination of support and service activities. Managing a dedicated team focused on delivering key managed services (MS), including support coverage, system administration, validation, and project execution. Leading resource planning and recruitment efforts for both managed services and professional placements across the site. Collaborating with cross-functional leaders - from engineering to sales - to enhance and expand our on-site IT service footprint. Owning service delivery metrics, financial performance tracking, and reporting to both internal leadership and client stakeholders. Maintaining trusted relationships with multiple on-site customer contacts, serving as the go-to point of escalation and solution. Your Background: A minimum of 10 year's experience in IT systems within life sciences manufacturing, with solid grounding in MES, Process Control, and Automation technologies. A successful track record in both technical delivery and team leadership roles What You Bring to the Table: Proven ability to lead and inspire diverse, cross-disciplinary teams while managing stakeholder expectations across multiple levels. Strong strategic thinking capabilities - always looking for ways to innovate and drive added value. Confident presenter and facilitator, with the communication skills to match.
